and somehow it(the song) just made me think, reflect on the past 2006
2006 was so full of drama & all that jazz.
most of all, 2006 as i reminisce, was so full of me, myself & I.
I cant even count the times where i've dismissed family, friends & even strangers because of my own selfish situations.
Family & friends that have helped me in my struggles. People who love me & stuck by me even when i was being such a biach. P e o p l e who were just being N I C E. ah well..
And I feel there's more to life then whining about your irresponsible colleagues, complaining about your ex/bf/gf/partner, drowning in self-pity over your sorry situation and many more which i am guilty of 101%.
Thats not to say dont ever do that. We all need an outlet to vent our frustrations..
But is that all there is to life.. ?
2006 was full of uneasy changes, heartache, dissapointments, sadness & regret.
But thankfully, it was also full of joy, great expectations, fresh start, good changes & pleasant surprises.
I think i'm gonna make this song my motto for the year 2007. Good or bad, lets remember there's more to life then ourselves..
